Ingredients:1 lb boneless chicken
2 eggs
3 tsp corn flour
3 tsp all purpose flour
Salt as required
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp pepper corns
1 cup curd
Pinch ajinomoto
Oil
1 bunch coriander leaves
Bunch of scallops or spring onions chopped
Instructions:1. Wash chicken and dry with kitchen paper towel.
2. Add salt, chilli powder, chilli sauce, soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, all purpose flour, corn flour and egg white to chicken.
3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces.
4. Take a bowl and add oil and fried chicken pieces. In that also add
tomato sauce, pepper corns, ajinomoto and curd. Mix well and add chopped spring onions and fry this for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
